Moon Hoon

Moon Hoon spent his childhood in the mining town of Sangdong-eup, in Korea, and his adolescence on the island of Tasmania, Australia. He founded his Seoul-based practice Moonbalsso in 2001; recent works include Rock It Suda, Panorama House, Ongdalsam, K-Pop Curve, and Sangsang Museum. Moon Hoon works across different genres and methods of expression, such as drawings, installations, and performances, seeking to expand the horizons of architecture. His drawings were exhibited at the 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale, and some of them are in the collection of the Tchoban Foundation in Berlin.
