El Equipo de Mazzanti was founded by Giancarlo Mazzanti in 2005. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, the studio’s projects aim to be triggers for change, embracing place, renovating public space, activating the economy, creating opportunities for continuous learning, and promoting social inclusion and equity. Among their completed projects are the Biblioteca España (2007) and the Sports Coliseum (2009) in Medellín. Nicolás Paris is an artist and educator living in Bogotá.
