Project Overview
Hogar Alemán de Chicureo
Hogar Alemán de Chicureo is a senior residence where hallways, staircases, and in-between spaces are designed for social interaction, bridging community life and private rooms. The residence is organized as a series of interconnected buildings: the ground floors host shared amenities, while bedrooms are grouped into small “homes” on the upper levels. Corridors are used as living areas, not just walkways, and the open terraces overlook landscaped gardens, encouraging informal gatherings.
