In a major effort to innovate the existing exhibition-focused structure of the Chicago Architecture Biennial organization, the Biennial will announce a new, year-round programming model in Summer 2020. Programming will build on the work the Biennial has done since 2015 providing support for design practitioners to conduct research, create new projects, host programming, and engage in dialogues and exchanges with both global and local audiences. CAB’s new year-round program will include community design workshops, conversations with global design leaders, youth education initiatives, and full-scale built design projects, realized by some of the most innovative practitioners working in collaboration with community stakeholders and organizations.

Check back soon for CAB programs coming this summer and fall.
