CAB Volunteer Training

Every two years, the Chicago Architecture Biennial welcomes local and international visitors to sites and programs across Chicago. CAB Volunteers hold the important role of welcoming and interacting with the public and helping make the topics explored by the Biennial accessible to diverse audiences.

CAB volunteers provide essential assistance to our team through greeting visitors, leading tours, and providing program and event support. There are opportunities to volunteer at events happening between September 17 and December 18, 2021, with the majority of shifts happening between September 17 and October 31. Locations include Bronzeville, Englewood, North Lawndale, Pilsen, Woodlawn, and the Chicago Cultural Center.
